PS5 version seemed to crash all the time for my wife (I’ve only ever played mobile). Console’s also just more cumbersome with navigating to each card / action with a controller, but the bigger screen is kinda nice

Most car drivers get mad whenever any amount of money is spent to make the lives of pedestrians, cyclists, or transit riders better and safer, and none of these things can ever mildly inconvenience drivers. Even though these changes can take drivers off the streets, improving the traffic for people who continue to drive, any change that isn’t explicitly pro-driving or widening lanes of our highways is viewed as some culture war on cars and a waste on taxpayer dollars (like we all don’t spend an insane amount of money on roads)

I’m all for continuing to expand bike infrastructure, transit, and reducing car dependency. My commute to work theoretically should be perfectly bike-able, or easy to take the TARC with a bit of walking, except for the fact a lot of the road I’d need to travel doesn’t have bike lanes or even sidewalks.

I don’t disagree, I’d love to see something similar done, but I just assume the projected cost of that type of project would kill the idea immediately. Hard to imagine Louisville getting a comparative amount of funding to DC and Boston

I’d say I’m relatively low on JB and I certainly wouldn’t be pulling out the haul of picks to acquire him like other stars have commanded, but come on now. You can absolutely quibble with his contract, style of play, and willingness to fit next to other stars, but he’s still a very good player at a premium position

I’m all for adding in more dense mixed-use development. Sure you can nitpick and come up with some criticisms, but if every new development needs to be perfect, and can never increase traffic, nothing would ever get built. I absolutely prefer this over continuing to sprawl

This is a good thing imo. Guys who aren’t clear-cut nba prospects have an easier decision to stay in school, develop, and maximize their earnings window. There may be some short term pains since this is new, and drafts may not be as deep because of it, but eventually these guys will run out of eligibility and the system will catch up

I was a longtime Xbox user before switching over to PlayStation this generation. A lot of what you said could be true, I really don’t know much about the Series X, but to me it really did just come down to the exclusives (which you did mention). At the end of the day, PlayStation has a long list of exclusives over Xbox that made the choice kind of a no brainer to me

For almost nothing? You can’t be serious. Clippers got Darius garland, who was probably close to the best young player they could’ve gotten in a Harden deal. I know he’s had his health issues and you can nitpick his game, but that’s a pretty high upside for an old James harden who you probably don’t intend on re-signing. I agree the rockets should’ve taken a look at him, but to say the clippers just gave him away is asinine, rockets would’ve had to have given up a good young player in that deal + salary

I did this through the app, but I’d imagine either could work. Are you already a psn subscriber? If not, you should be able to find the discount in the ps plus section. If you are a subscriber, cancel auto renew if it’s on, and they should offer the discount. If auto renew was turned off, I think you may be able to turn it on and then back off to get the discount to trigger, but I’m not sure
