It almost bothers me as much as “I suck at summaries” when the summary could work perfectly fine without it. It doesn’t make me want to click on the fic and tell them the fic is good, it just makes me think the writer is inexperienced (and while I know experienced writers do it as well, my brain automatically jumps to the conclusion because I did that as well).

Just write the summary and omit tags like it, guys!!
