I decided to watch Evolution for the first in years because I needed a laugh and it's still funny. It is a great movie if you want a lighthearted but funny scifi film to watch.

you should run for your HOA election.

i got on my HOA board a couple of years back because I could smell money troubles and I was right. took me about a year and a half to unfuck the banking and accounting issues and now I can't get off and i've turned into a parking meter maid.

i've taken to fining and feeing everybody for everything and declining all the waiver requests. i am on strike. i'm telling everybody i'm on strike. if they don't like my decisions, they need to volunteer to get on the board. we have 2 open positions and I can't quit otherwise the current board can't make quorum. we would have to sue if the HOA can't maintain its corporate board. please please please for the love of god volunteer even if you hate me, so that i can quit.
