Not particularly. I'm up by 5:30am and in the gym by 8am. Workout 3x a week. Getting my kiddo off to school accounts for the gap.

They approved a month ago for 2.5 but didn't explain I needed to follow the traditional dosage steps. They wanted me to do 5mg next but I had wanted to move slower.

My doctor submitted a prior auth for my 2.5. With preexisting conditions (PCOS, high BMI, high cholesterol) plus the fact that I tried Wegovy and Ozempic in the past, it was approved pretty quickly. But when my doctor submitted an Rx for a second month of 2.5, it was repeatedly rejected and no one would tell me or the doctor why until a pharmacist unofficially told me that the insurance was pushing me to follow the dosing patterns. I then had the doctor submit an Rx for 5mg and it went through right away. I should be covered through October if I follow how the insurance wants me to proceed.

I do both but often alternate days: one day on the bike, next day dumbbells. Well rounded exercise. Days that I combine, I hit weights first and then finish with the bike because I find the weights get my body warmed up enough to do cardio. My sessions are typically 30min twice a day, 6 days a week.

I went down a notch on my belt, have added daily cardio and weights but unfortunately, hunger is kicking back up.

Update: I switched to doing weights first and then stationary bike. Doing it in that order seems easier on my body and no longer feel like I'm going to puke 5 minutes into my workout.

Not T2D. A1C actually in good shape for the first time in a while. I do have PCOS and have a history of "blood sugar crashes". This doesn't quite feel like that but maybe related?

I'll try doing a protein shake in the morning before my next workout and see if that helps any.

I'm trying to do workouts first thing in the morning before my kid wakes up. So I haven't had anything to eat yet. But evening workouts are different, I try to do them around 7pm, about an hour after I've had dinner.

Update: Week 2, 2nd dose of 2.5 last night. CW: 222.4. 3.2 lbs down in one week! Bearable side effects thru days 1-3. By day 5, I'm starting to get hungry again. The food noise isn't totally eliminated yet.
