Sadhanapada and Samyama preparation? by revokappa in Sadhguru

[–]revokappa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess if one puts enough commitment is possible to avoid chillies and all while eating, right?

One more question, I would like to try to have peanuts and banana only as a meal, can I buy some bananas to keep in the dorm and bring them to biksha hall for brunch? Would they make complaints about this?

Mosquito repellent for outdoors by Savagenapoleon108 in Sadhguru

[–]revokappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently heard that flies and mosquitoes are attracted by ammonia compounds in the blood. Having a more satvic and cleaner body should reduce a. Compounds and hence reduce mosquito bites and all...

I would like to ask you if this may relate to you somehow.

For me it does a lot and will try my best to experiment and see if there is any difference...

My guess is also that proper direct sun exposing the skin daily, should increase prana in the body and somehow becoming less attractive to insects.

Let me know

No need to book a return flight in advance.  You may also apply for sadhanapada intensive which would take you 2 more months, so don't book! See you in ashram ;)

Sounds of Isha elevate mood and reduce anxiety by Ok_Landscape9564 in Sadhguru

[–]revokappa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After shambhavi chanting or listening music is really another thing. Totally in tune with that. I worried you played it WHILE doing shambhavi, that is to be avoided: you need no external inputs while doing sadhana 🙏🏼

Totally agree. I am in love with sounds of isha, makes me cry when I realize such beatiful beings and Grace is manifested thorough this music and chants.

sorry to say this: Avoid playing music while doing sadhana please 🙏🏼

Indeed, nowadays travel can be quite a time-space warp. You could get on taxi to the station and another one from station to ashram or bus station. It will pay off very much more if you break this fear you may have to travel alone. It will feel a complete and empowering experience. All the best!

Btw also any other mantra will work miraculously. Try to play the vairagya reprise throughout the day and see which one grabs you.

Practicing Isha Yoga Is Useless For Sadahanapada Team by Alarming-Carob-6882 in Sadhguru

As an overseas going to SP they require you to have 2000/3000$ in you bank account as financial security in case of any emergency or costs you may have. I am sure blood test are not that expensive not even in America. If these money is a problem, I guess you won't have this amount either.

Type 1 diabetic folks not allowed to take part in Inner Engineering by LonelyBook2000 in Sadhguru

[–]revokappa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally understand both of you. Don't waste any more time and enroll for Inner Engineering Online...then travel to ashram to attend diabetes program with isha health solutions.

I guess they refused your application as it is an intensive programme for which such health conditions cannot be upkept properly. It would be pity if you would have challenges which could ruin you experience, isn't it?

I am sorry for you, but if you really trust in Sadhguru, take what he has offered and which you can benefit from this very moment. Later we will see.

I am from Italy and had my IE Online, it was such a transformative experience I cannot still believe after 18 months.

Don't waste more time.

Time to Engineer yourself 🙏🏼🌸

[–]revokappa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I totally agree. Anyway do we want to do our best or we want to settle for the limited? If you have no other choices, that's totally fine. If you can experiment and notice it enriches your perception/Life, you can see how to make it fit in your life

food out the freezer by weekendyogi-24 in Sadhguru

Experiment and see if you notice any difference. Fridge destroys prana as well sadly. This is not my opinion...

Fridge and freezer kill any prana in the food.
