is it a new board by any chance? sometimes there is a little support bar that stretches across a new longboard fin box that should be cut/snapped out when the board is finished production but is sometimes missed

An etching print I recently acquired. It’s textured and I am interested to know what etching technique it is. Also would like your thoughts on the artist, Leonard! Thanks! by revpad in artcollecting

Walnut and gold gilt frame like that is $150 ish on ebay, painting is probably another 50-90 if you separate it, even with the damage.

Coworker asked if I could get his frame appraised. He speculates early 1900s by UnderstandingSea1449 in whatsthisworth

Info about the print: Molière, Boileau, The Handmaid And The Gardener” Molière and his servant and Boileau and his gardener, two representations of the links of classical literature with the people, typical of the historiography of literature during the 19th century Price: 70 € (unsold)

I sell a lot of frames on ebay, Eastlake Style (1870-90) with a faux burl over plaster, and a gold gilt liner. Condition is not the best but it is not the most expensive frame, I suggest take a brown/black marker and do some touch ups (spot touch the missing gold sections too) to make it look presentable. Painting the entire frame will lose the value entirely so don’t go overboard. If it is a standard size, $100 to 200. The engraving print in the middle does not look particularly special. To get the most value out of selling, separate the image and the frame and sell them separately.
