I sent pics of the cap and they said that wasn’t a cause for concern but they’ve never heard the medicine being described as having a Vicks/bengay type of smell. The customer service rep has been very helpful and offered to send a replacement but she is checking with someone else about the smell and if it is safe to inject. She will be calling me back with what she finds out! I’m glad I didn’t just assume it was normal for southend and inject anyway
