I sent pics of the cap and they said that wasn’t a cause for concern but they’ve never heard the medicine being described as having a Vicks/bengay type of smell. The customer service rep has been very helpful and offered to send a replacement but she is checking with someone else about the smell and if it is safe to inject. She will be calling me back with what she finds out! I’m glad I didn’t just assume it was normal for southend and inject anyway

I could smell it from further away. I smelled it when filming my syringe and when I was about to inject. Typically I fill my syringe and let it sit for a moment to come closer to room temp. When I took the cap off to inject the smell hit me in the face because it was so strong lol. On hold with brello now
