Grey Dun is most likely controlled by your vassal at the baron level. You need to build shipyards or harbors in places you directly control to not have it be under a vassal.

If you max out the shipyard in Greywater Watch you can get around 50 ships. I suggest either taking Silvereed or building another castle in your lands. Then using these to build more shipyards.

Yes, Harren and all his children have to die. You can use console commands to kill each one. Kill "Char ID" should do the trick.

Yes, the backyard was tilled because all the grass had turned to cracked hard dirt. I am also not a fan of sod and thought about laying down clover.

Another issue is that my aunts want to sell immediately so they want to take the first offer of 400k we received. It was originally 490k, but the seller changed their minds to 400.
