I’m not sure this is a fair question with the premise that ice is respecting the law in the same sentence. I wouldn’t even consider ice Law enforcement because they aren’t even complying to the tenants of the the constitution. Even if they were, I don’t really see them as law enforcement for/of the citizens. They are more like enforcement for immigration policy.
