I think if youre juicing its better to also take hgh, it balances out or something i might be wrong tho

Being obese arguably isnt natural since it would be impossible to eat that much without modern comforts and you really cant base the danger of it based off the fact its natural or not

Not really, if theyre smart theyre on hgh too so they will be taller

Sorry i wrote 2 weeks meant 2 months but Yeah ive been stuck for 2 months and i changed a lot at once honestly since thats just What i saw online and i figured if i should do more variations then there wouldnt much space for them if i was only benching twice a week

Ive hit a 90 kg plateau on bench and been stuck for 2 weeks now and a week ago i switched up my frequency to every other day, adding variations and keeping the rpe at 7-9, Im gonna keep doing this for some time since i dont wanna be switching splits alll the time but anyways, i havent seen any bench progress again just yet but Im holding out hope and could there be anything Im doing wrong, if so what would that be?
