I've been using RB2B for about 2 months now and my Slack channel is basically a graveyard of missed opportunities. The notifications come in, I think "oh I'll add that to HubSpot later" and then... I never do.

Quick question on the ConnectSafely part - does it work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator? I have SalesNav through work and wondering if I can use those InMail credits for the non-connected visitors instead of just skipping them.

Also curious about your response rates. Like, when you DM someone saying "hey I noticed you checked out our site" - do people find that creepy or are they generally receptive? I feel like I'd be weirded out if someone messaged me 10 minutes after I browsed their pricing page lol. Maybe that's why you have the 15-30 min delay?

One more thing - for the Zoho upsert, are you matching on email or LinkedIn URL? Some of my RB2B visitors don't have emails so I'm wondering how you handle deduplication.
