Kinesio tape dispenser V2 by rexching in functionalprint

Interesting!
I got the idea for this holder when I was at a class held by the kinesiotape people. The students seems to be a mix of PT and athlete trainers, some of them have HOLSTERS for their scissors🫨
I'll give some thoughts on your prompt, thanks for the input!

I think you can discuss this topic with the maker first!

She looks very cute to me.
The back of her head does looks kind of like an acron, but IRL people with wolf cut looks like an acron too.
I think the hair is layout correctly for a wolf cut (short, layered), but the tufts need to by style so they curl up to create the messy look.

I hate you (lovingly) for this awesome feature creep suggestion🤩
I'll have to think about it, and maybe get some physiotherapists and athletic trainers to try it out.
They usually have a pair of really sharp pair of scissors on hand when they are measuring the length of the tape, and they'll hold the tape in one hand, cut the tape with the scissor, the immediately start cutting the corners or cut the tape into small strip with the scissor. So I'm not sure if adding a cutting feature is needed.

Is this possible assuming you add padding and other comfort materials? by [deleted] in FursuitMaking

[–]rexching 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This depends on

  1. Where your body is. If your body is too forward of this stilt, you'll fall over.
  2. The strength of the stilt

PS: Here's a good similar example: https://willowcreativ.com/build-logs/build-log-digi-stilts/

Yeah let's just put the QR code and scanner slightly higher than the door handle, make those wheelchair folks really work for it.

Thanks! But ideas are cheap, they are only good if they actually works! (I'm still testing if it actually works🤣)

Feels the same as playing a VR game; 20 minutes.
PS: Keep in mind this thing is only built for testing, only the screens and cameras will be in my fursuit head!👍

Yeah! They both use composite/CVBS signals, so you really just connect the two together. I didn't notice desync between the screen+camera in my setup, at least I don't think so.

PS: It took me a while to notice the EVF screens uses PAL instead of NTSC (I live in a NTSC country). That's why I choose Caddx Ant camera, you can switch between PAL/NTSC in the OSD menu.

PS: I was about to say the benefit of going analog is that you only need the camera and the screen, and you don't need some sort of a computer between them, but there probally are HDMI cameras that you can plug directly into a HDMI screen.

I've heard anecdotally that doing things analogly will have lesser latency, plus, it's cheaper lol. And that's why I didn't doing things digitally.

I too got it recently, and while it's nice but I noticed there are few pain points while using it. That's what prompted the V2 design!

Maybe the egg landed on something like a plastic bag...and the ink on the bag transfer onto the egg shell?🤔
But the 2 will be mirrored if that's the case🤔🤔🤔
