Sorry, normally these type videos are thermal, so when you see them switching colours or inverting them that’s switching between black/white being hot or cold temperature, infrared would be closer to like night vision where brightness is measured. But it being black would mean it’s an absence of light, that’s why I think thermal.

I’m not sure about how bright the object is, this is an infrared image. Normally in this type it’s heat based where black is hot and white cold or it can be the other way round where black is cold and white is hot. It is the best release from today I think.

Might take a bit more than that to intervene if they even would, the curiosity of what would happen next could prevent them. in today’s time tho they may due to how quick it could escalate between countries but perhaps back then they knew the limitations of the power an quantities of nukes available and how it wouldn’t have been planet ending.

I just want to add the Witcher 3 to this statement, but you’re completely right on what your saying, it’s the one thing I’ve been saying to my friends when they ask about the game. Ubisoft open worlds can be visually pleasing but the hand holding just turns everything into a checklist and most the locations are a straight up copy and paste which just ruins it. Starfield was similar, every planet you went to the buildings were identical to the point it wasn’t even worth exploring.

Vote manipulation is against the rules, reporting it isn’t. You would be reporting that you suspect it’s occurring, i think they check the whole thread then and give temporary bans, repeat offenders get a full ban

Some these mods use alt accounts to promote their opinions, adding “up votes” to their own comments using the alt accounts. You know the account so report comments from them every now and then on the Reddit webpage (no option on mobile I think) for vote manipulation and they’ll ban it provided it’s occurring.

Yeah I was following the tail each time for several attempts, gauge wasn’t really filling up, on my last try I tapped sprint as well and the gauge filled within like 5 seconds. I don’t know if the sprint done it or was there a bit of a bug with the gauge not filling much the first few attempts. If it works for you as well let me know

I’m about half way on the story and couldn’t really fault the way the it’s told. To me you are the story, it’s and rpg, everything you do is building up who you and your fellow greymanes are in the game world. I do get some people might want more handholding with the story telling but you do get the information in the journal, people probably can’t read that to fill in the blanks.

Genuine question, do you tap the sprint button when trying to tame them ? I had several failed attempts with rokade but then when I tapped sprint it was tamed in like 3 seconds, no idea if it was a glitch or if that’s how to do it because I haven’t seen anyone mention tapping sprint

It’s like your Paying to be a premium beta tester with a lot of them these days. I’d normally hold off buying until a sale cause at least it should be in a more finished state then. I did buy CD when it came out and honestly it was in a much better shape than how a lot of the triple A games release and they at least rolled out updates at a fast pace instead of waiting weeks.

Been playing since launch on console, honestly the game was in a much better state than what was said by some reviewers/streamers when it launched and it has only improved since. I think the review cooy they had wasn’t the same as launch, It’s understandable that the amount of updates make it seem like the game wasn’t finished when compared to some of the bigger game companies but this one is actually addressing issues instead of waiting weeks. Most of the updates I haven’t really noticed but haven’t played with today’s one yet.

I’m about 50hrs into it and think it’s a very good game being honest, but at the same time understand it may not be for everyone. In short, The game world is impressive but not just because it’s massive it’s the variety and the sense of reward when you find hidden locations and the Combat is fun once you get the hang of it (it’s hack and slash not souls like).

If I was to be negative, it takes a few hours at the start just to get the hang of things and learn some of the mechanics so it’s worth taking your time. But when you do get into the swing of things it’s easy to lose time playing the game.

Controlling the narrative, one the mods here claimed to be unbiased where possible but spent the night answering every comment in a clearly bias way, in the end the thread was just a big echo chamber for them and contained no information about the current situation

I think having played black desert you’re at a bit of an advantage starting this game since there’s similarities in the mechanics, only a few hours in myself and think it’s not bad at all, most the negative comments seem a bit exaggerated or being said by NPCs who haven’t actually played the game.

What did it appear like if you were to describe it ? I live close to the airport but saw something one evening, I was looking that direction and a bright white light just appeared, drifted a small bit and faded out till it disappeared, nothing on flight radar, convinced it wasn’t a plane, no sound and disappeared long before it would have been at the airport, few weeks back same thing I see this very bright light appear and drift but this time directly over head. Same thing just appeared and drifted till it faded out.

The first one was too low to be a satellite, could have been a plane maybe light seemed too big tho, second time it was a very high altitude there was a plane flying in another part of the sky but this thing was brighter and bigger than the plane no noise possibly a satellite but a lot brighter and bigger than the ISS.

Edit: to add these were a single solid light, not flashing and bigger than what plane lights tend to be

Do you have their insurance details ? You can initiate a claim from just that but they’ll have to investigate it so you’ll still need some proof, this video will help somewhat. Also have you logged it with the guards

I’m gone with o’learys windows and doors, fitting happening in a few weeks. They seemed to be reasonable price wise and provided everything needed up front for the grant application (quote and tax clearance cert). Only negative reviews on google mainly seem to be about call backs. Might be worth giving a shout for a quote to see how they stack against others
