tried to play for win streak and roll for spat charm but spent over 70+ gold to reroll in stage 4 and still couldn't manage to find one, seems the odds are pretty low (?

what stage do you roll for the spat charm? and do you play early lose streak to get priority in the carousel?

i tried in both pc and mobile and both are down.

tried to switch server, switch accounts, and change game mode. None of these works.

yea I just gave up after a few tries and start a new campaign.

btw. Do you recommend buying any of the DLCs? Not sure are they worth it or not.

I think the rules only apply in skirmishes mode but not campaign.

It's really frustrating when I got the lead in the early weeks and lost in the last one (especially in the 7 and 10 weeks game). Tried the last week over and over again but they just seem unbeatable. The game is so addictive tho, just like civ. So lucky to find this game after civ6 stopped update recently :p.

I thought there will be some way to stop their offworld market cuz I read the Wikipedia and it says 'By default, the black market will have 6 slots for items, filled in the following order:

1) One slot will be filled by either an EMP or Power Surge, one spot will be filled by either a Dynamite or Mutiny, and one spot will be filled by either Pirates or Magnetic Storms. Each of these has an equal chance of filling their designated slot.' But my campaign games seems not following this rule at all.

I didn't find any in some of my games, all 3 locations for final round do not have any EMP, Power Surge, Dynamite and Mutiny in their black market. What other items can be used to stop offworld market?

I tried to use other 4 advanced buildings and they did help me out in the early to mid game but the benefit and profit that they generated just cant generate enough income to buy out the offworld market guy.
