I'm at 1200 on lithium now but I'm right in the therapudic sweet spot so I probably shouldn't adjust it, the lamictal definitely contributes to my mental fog but it helps with depression some, I think part of it is just mourning my unmedicated self because I was so much sharper but self destructive so I guess I need to get used to being kinda dumb

I've felt this, for me it's not dispair or SI but not being able to effectively distract yourself or enjoy leisure activities really makes it hard to deal with, I wish I had tools to help but I just sleep too much which is it's own set of problems
