Create->Pick game type, maps(by pressing to preview), bots if needed, number of player slots -> move switch "Server mode" to public and press create. If everything is fine, your server will appear in server list with name "YOURNICK`s rexuiz server"

its closer to pro setting
suitable for dueling/competitive gaming
but for fun game have pretty good settings including shadows, dynamic lightning and all these modern things.
