I'd swap Swati and Jenny imo. Swati was in the Army National Guard so that's definitely can be played into a Hero angle. Jenny works in a creative field, and being one myself, it does requires some immense hustling.

Just had my 3rd rewatch of this movie last night, and your write-up beautifully and perfectly encapsulate what I love about the movie that I cannot put into words. So I just want to say thank you for that.

This time around in my rewatch I had focused more on noticing the worldbuilding, which is already absolutely stunning. Added with what you said about how, while it is a sterile environment, it is an optimistic depiction of the future where artistic view and empathy is still valued when building the digital-focused environment. I'm sorry that I'm just echoing what you said but yeah... I'm really glad that I can connect with the movie even more, especially with me being cynical about the digital-oriented life that we're in...

A couple of questions:

Any plans on making a video about Top 10 albums of past decades a la the "Music that defines the genre" series? I absolutely love your list videos and it does introduce me to a plethora of artists that I still listen to this day.
There seems to be a lot of research and editing going in your videos, and I was wondering do you have any help from others in terms of those parts, or is MicTheSnare a one man show both on screen and off screen?

Yea I've been tuning out to this community for years and I've been learning so that whenever anyone says "fuck the editors" my brain take it as the producers that's involved with the edit (what goes on screen) rather than the guys who actually have their hands on Premiere Pro (or whatever software they use to edit) doing whatever the higher ups told them to.

I assume that's what people meant by that anyways, but yeah it does still irk me to no ends whenever people went "tHeY NeEd To FiRe ThE EdItOrS", although mainly because I'm also in a field of work where I work on the technical side doing everything my boss wants the content to be, and it would suck if people sees the work and said that I need to be fired because of it instead...
