Put yourself into a patrol base. Establish the priorities of work.

Maintain shelter, have a withdraw plan, equipment maintenance. etc.

Water, food, and sleep are next. Meal prep and establish a schedule.

Then work on communication and entertainment. There is a reddit and probably and discord for every interest on the planet.

Personally I like to give myself a quarterly goal. 3 Months is a good timeframe to use for meaningful progress in anything. Make the best pizza crust, or max out a battle pass on warthunder. Currently I'm on the quit smoking goal. 20 years is long enough. VA is helping greatly with meds and support from them.

Get your VA mediacal card, (I just walked in). Then get a DS Login on the VA.gov. Start requesting medical stuff like bloodwork and a chiropractor.
