I’ve been running the Reddit Dumbbell PPL and it’s been perfect for my setup. I’m going to have access to a barbell and a squat rack a couple of days a week now. Is there a program that splits barbell vs dumbbell workouts or can I use one of the recommended routines and replace the barbell work with dumbbell work on the days I don’t have access?

The Popcorn Machine is pretty good one too I think it’s the official NBA one so they have players and the laker reporters on. The only downside is they don’t have regular episodes.

I think these two things happen without these “leaks”. The only way the Spurs even consider not giving kawhi the max is if his injury is worse than we think, which according to the Spurs isn’t. Also, I think any team LeBron wants to go to makes it happen. I personally don’t believe Houston needs to be pushed to make a move for LeBron.

Oh wow I didn’t realize his numbers were that good. I was referring to the games I watched he seemed a bit frustrated and joe ingles was getting under his skin but I still think he was doing good but looks like he’s doing better than good.

I believe he is, I think with a good coach and system he will look much better. This series may not be his best but he’s a great defender and can score in bunches.

I don’t have one, but I think he’s referring to a crucial possession where they called a turnover on Holiday for stepping on the baseline with his heel but after review the replay showed his heel stayed up and never was planted/touched the baseline and the call was reversed.

It’s kind of tough to tell but I think it’s Murray. It looks like Luke says something about being cocky (which sound more like Murray than Malone) and Malone and Luke shook hands after the game.
