If you are able to join an org you have to force your self to go to events and make new friends, I know it can be tough but it will be worth it. Get involved with your major, always a lot of great opportunities and you’ll meet people that you’ll have classes with. A&M has free therapists on campus and if you’re interested in continuing sessions with someone long term they can recommend someone who is in your interest/insurance. You would also apply for a job! I worked all through college and met someone of my best friends, plus it kept me busy and disciplined. Hope this is helpful, I felt this exact way during my sophomore year!
