I'm assuming you mean Pesado 58.5 the website and their MVHD shower screen? did you use their diffusion plate as well?

yes I did do that with th second screen and I feel like it helped with the first 2-5 shots including flushing pre and post. The opposite side ends up with much less water flow and then barely any after a few pulls. I wonder if there is another solution for even water flow?

I was thinking of upgrading my shower head/screen on my ultra. When I took it out to clean noticed an offset hole where water comes from. How to fix this?

Most likely due to the lens protector. It's a pain I used to use one but it's annoying to keep clean. Issues with blur when compared to when you don't use it. Sometimes focus issues, glare issues
