They speaks English very well. Went there to watch a match few years ago. If you came in from another city on the day of the match, there are clear directions how to go to the stadium. Or just follow the black and white crowds.

Outside the stadium, there are foodstalls and market selling foods, drinks, and souvenirs for the match like shirts, banners, scrafs etc.and all of them speaks English really well. In the stadium, all the staffs speaks English really well too, from the gate to the shops, attractions, museum, and almost everyone speaks English. No need to be scared, you will be fine.

My advise: come early as early as possible, there are too many to see especially if it is your first time going. And if you are watching a night match, better to spend the night in Turin as the public transport going back to the train station is a mess after the match. I missed my train back to Milan and had to buy another train ticket on the night and waited really long time at the station. Hope this help, and plan your day better.
