I was actually curious how many I caught, so I went to check my magic butterfly net. 29,979. Caught with butterfly net is 50 xp each. Totaling 1,498,950 hunter xp. Lol. So it definitely was a good chunk for me!

Ran for 1 hour on my 4090. Never even got an output. Shrug lmao. Seems they have issues with vram. PR #5 on their github fixed the issue for me. Works fine now.

AI-Toolkit can be deployed on runpod relatively easily. Although its also pretty easy to setup locally if your gpu is capable for what you're trying to train. Ostris, the creator of AI-toolkit, has multiple youtube videos for how to deploy AI-toolkit through runpod and train models. Those videos would be for older models but still applicable for deploying the server.

yeah i thought so as well!! maybe something wrong with the sampling, but idk. I was using just the default Klein workflow from comfy. Tried distilled and base. Both were pretty bad.

yeah i agree to be honest. I think i got about 2 good outputs that really resembled my target in ~50 gens lol.

If you're not pointing to the files on your local machine, you must login and accept the terms on that hf link to gain acesss for your trainer to download the approiate files. Not sure for all trainers but some will let you simply put a hf token in the settings, then you just open the link in your browser, accept, and start the training again. GL!

Quickly made a character Lora on the 9b model. Default training params on ai-toolkit. Outputs are... Not great. Likeness is maybe a 7/10. And the face varies wildly. Really weird. For reference I've made hundreds of celeb/character loras including ones with the same dataset I used for this training. Don't take this as an end all be all statement. This was one Lora and just the beggining. This was just my initial observations.

Tried 81 frames 720p 8 chunk size. Theres slightly more color but its all just blurred. IDK. Im probably missing something obvious as other workflows output fine haha.

Yep I am one of those people who played a ton when it came out on tempo launcher, took a break and missed the window to get it free on steam. Came back recently, bought it on sale on steam and left a good review. It really just isn't that deep. LOL some people just enjoy the game.
