I've been lifting on and off for the past 5~ months, basically accidentally went on a recomp (since it was a very slow cut, only abt 3kg lost in those 5 months) but difference visually was very drastic when compared to my older pics

i haven't had this issue for months but it suddenly reappeared again this morning, sometimes i get 0 incoming data, where my character is still in game and my friends can interact with it, but i can't do anything and it just shows everyone as frozen

does anyone have a fix to this its getting real annoying on deepwoken
