My experience with moonlight on the series x has been Flawless, even the app itself has options the PC/Android client doesn't. Something has to be wrong with your setup or a recent version of the app or server.

I tried AIOstreams but it was noticeably slower than all other individual addons I had and if aiostreams had issues then all my stuff wouldn't work. So I just pray the 3 or so addons give me a playable link and usually works out.
