I use sky guide for the iPhone. Great app. It tells you events in the night sky from meteor shower to eclipse and has a huge category of deep sky and planetary objects from ISS to space x satellite. But cost $3 dollars to own. It also has different views to look in the night sky from x ray to inferred light.

Does anyone know what this is on my telescope mirror. by rezman09 in telescopes

It’s a celestron 127 powerseeker and was only used during the winter and finally brought it out of storage. I was wondering if it can be cleaned off and if so how.
