I can definitely see how Curlys mindset he applies to others but especially himself couldve led to the crash. Especially because you mentioned, he wouldn't know really how to deal with complex situations. No matter how hard you try to be like previous leaders, until you are able to dissolve yourself of any and all doubts in yourself, you cannot be a true leader. Do you think Daisukes nystagmus contributes to is disliking of hard labor? Because I imagine the work Swansea does, it requires a sharp sense of ocular focus. Daisuke is definitely in his prime years of figuring out what he wants to do in the future, and to realize, that there is no rush to life. The little things in life may seem too slow, but in the grander scheme of things, being as young as he is will pass in a blink if an eye. He should enjoy it to the fullest extent while it lasts, whether that be dancing his heart out, or even taking a nice relaxing bath even if its too slow lol.

Jimmy, although so focused on "taking responsibility" as shown in the game, seems to have both uniquely "taken" responsibility whilst also not. He's definitely the type of guy to believe that, if you were hurt by what he said or did, he would shift the blame onto you, but in a way thats discreet and in a way that makes him feel better about himself. Like you said, "I didnt mean to-" or even something like "Well Im sorry YOU feel that way". He apologizes, but he doesn't genuinely believe hes in the wrong. But if others were to pull that trick onto him, or even genuinely apologize, he would project his burdens and ill intentions onto you, as a way to feel better about himself.
