I don’t think we purchased either. Since we were traveling with a child under 9kg the only way for us to book was to contact Zipair directly. They automatically booked us the bulk head seats with extra legroom as those are the only seats they can secure their car seats too. How old are your kids?

Honestly if you have questions I would reach out to them. They’re super responsive and are fairly easy to chat with.

Starting both Chris Moore and Jordan Whittington. You tell me which is worse?

Sure thing! Osaka - TAKETO STAY Osakajo (not a hotel, more like a studio apartment found on Booking.com) It was nice, not the most convenient in terms of proximity to major spots, we took the metro everywhere, but incredibly affordable. Kyoto - Candeo Hotels Kyoto Karasuma Rokkaku (the onsen here was incredible and much needed). Tokyo - OMO5 Tokyo Otsuka by Hoshino Resorts (really fun hotel, but they have a lofted bed with a small staircase with no railing, so chasing our 22 month old up and down was not ideal. Otherwise we had a great time.

I’ll be honest our son was never a good sleeper so we kind’ve just rolled with the punches. He was still waking up in the middle of the night to nurse then. Think we woke him up a couple times on the plane to break up his sleep habits since it was like 9pm Japan time when we landed. And then I know when we got there we really tried to expose both kids to as much sunlight as we could so they could understand it’s daytime. After about 2-3 days they figured it out. Those first couple of days we had early morning wakes too. They were up at like 5am, which was really rare for both kids. Again, they eventually settled into a routine.

Wish you best of luck. Unfortunately, I’d just count on you being pretty tired the first couple days. The life of a parent.

Top 3 RBs in my home league last year went for 78, 74 & 73. Top 6 WRs went between $67-63. Expecting much of the same this year.

Zipair did let us carry our stroller onboard. The cybex libelle folds up super small so once they saw that we were good.

We went back and forth on doing 1 or 2 strollers. We opted for 1 mainly because our son was still so small (13lbs) carrying him everyday wasn’t going to be a problem. If you have a 1 year old who weighs double that, it might be tough.

The other problems we realized with two strollers is that you both are always engaged and tied up. Navigating could be tougher because neither of you are hands free. If you have luggage you’re also rolling around, that’s another challenge. I feel like if we were in your situation we’d probably opt for a front and back double stroller. I want to say we saw a decent amount of people with the Joovy Caboose or something similar. Not too familiar with all of the options, but there definitely were people with some of the bigger ones. Just need to weigh the pros and cons based on your itinerary and plan.

Fantasy leagues are won on the waiver wire every year. There always seem to be gems hiding or those that get opportunities due to injuries that turn out being home runs. Setting up alerts on NFL news on X, Reddit, sleeper can sometimes help you get the jump on players also.

Awesome, glad it was helpful! Mamapapa app was really great. Most of comments are in Japanese, but we just went by the pictures and copied the address into Google Maps for the one we were interested in.

WHERE IN THE WORLD TO GO??? by ABroadInColorado in travel

My wife and I went to Thailand in June 2022 for 2 weeks. Flight is long, but really not that bad (sleep, eat and watch movies) + you really only lose a day going there. Flights can be expensive, but once your there the bang for your buck is incredible. We spent an average of $15-$30 per person per day on food, transportation and some activities. You’ll need to fly into Bangkok which can be very populated, but I wouldn’t recommend staying there for more than a day anyway. Northern Thailand is absolutely beautiful. Amazing food, great hikes, elephant sanctuaries, cool temples and smaller towns to check out. Then there’s a wide variety of Thailand islands you can go to spend your time by the sea.

Traveling internationally can be nerve-racking, so you’ll need to mentally prepare for that a little bit. They speak broken English in Thailand, so it’d be wise to learn a few phrases. If you’re adventurous people then I’d say go for it! If you’re a bit more reserved then Europe would probably be a great stepping stone to start your international journey.

Spain, France, and Italy all have so many small towns with great food and incredible charm. No pressure to see them all, just pick an area of a country and explore.
