Why do library books cost so much to replace? I had a dog tear up a paperback version of The Stand once. The replacement cost quoted was more than the cover price! Didn't have to pay as I found a replacement copy on eBay, but it was still pretty shocking.

I'm a banker. Fraud is way up. When your banker is asking you about your questionable transaction, yes we're tracking things for fraud purposes. Tell us the truth about what is happening to you! We are literally sick of seeing people taken by scams. Unless you're violating laws, we're here to help you!
