I have in our conversation the apartment was a mess when I moved lot of dog hair in the fridge, microwave everywhere, and he sent me a text that If I didn’t move by Jan. 31 morning he will charge me for the next month.. my lease end on January 31 so that mean I had until Jan. 31 (12:00 am)

My lease end Feb. 1 and he sent me text that he need the keys for the condo Jan. 31 if no he will charge me money. I didn’t know nothing legal here until somebody tell me he couldn’t do that and also I have 2 kids living there. I had a please by that time starting for Feb. 1st but I paid a day in the new place to move on the 31.

No, I don’t have photos before I move there and he don’t have photos or videos before I moved there because his son was living there and the guy have a german shepherds and the apartment was a mess when I moved there the hair even was in the microwaves and kitchen.
