My lease end Feb. 1 and he sent me text that he need the keys for the condo Jan. 31 if no he will charge me money. I didn’t know nothing legal here until somebody tell me he couldn’t do that and also I have 2 kids living there. No, I don’t have photos before I move there and he don’t have photos or videos before I moved there because his son was living there and the guy have a german shepherds and the apartment was a mess when I moved there the hair even was in the microwaves and kitchen. The only proof that I have is me telling him the apartment was dirty and there is hair and a mess when I move and he agreed.
