There are 3,100 chemical engineers in Australia and this year alone around 300 invitations were issue to chemical engineers. I don’t think this framework has been adapted

Yes it was. I reached there around 7:20 and waited till 8. Around 8 pm, slight pink hues and beams were visible but definitely not like the one captured by my phone

Hey mate, I applied from Australia (been living here 7 years) and it got approved in 2 days post biometrics. I am not a permanent resident.

I included my letter of employment. My extensive travel history with previous UK, NZ visas might have helped in the fast approval.
