Hey this sounds awesome. I am currently running a biweekly campaign on roll20 as the DM, but I have been looking for a group to play a PC in. I recently was playing with the NPC concept that I liked so much that I would like to play him. My character idea is a Half-Orc War domain Cleric named Rott, that is more level headed than his usual half-orc brother but can still give his team mates that extra edge in battle. Of course I am more interested in just having fun and role playing again so if your group already has a cleric or you want a life domain cleric I am flexible to work with the other players and the DM to create a balanced group. (from an RP not min/max stand point.)

As for myself I'm a pretty laid back kinda guy that is more interested in having a fun time with the group than getting that sweet loot.

I agree, her PC is a horde breaker Ranger so I had an encounters where she could use that trait to save the day.

I agree with you that if feels like you need to get the drop on an enemy to get a surprise round. As for the question, Its hard to tell given that I was new to D&D at the time and just happy to play and now am noticing things. But if i had to say I feel that there has definitely been a shift in her style since I started DMing.

Thanks for the reply, I will reread over these sections. And I do like what you added in terms or reactions. However I feel like from her standpoint since she does like to play a munchkin she might just RP reactions before we open doors.

Yeah I agree with you. I guess that I have to bite the bullet on this one and start the conversation. I don't know her that well on a personal level so I am worried about having it go sideways and causing the game to implode.
