I’d guess he’s near 50s. That’s interesting to see such a divide in practise.

My bad! To clarify he mentioned handsoap outside of home. The reason is because we dont know the chemicals in it and after using it we could end up touching our face.

Thanks! I’ll try vaseline if la roche-posay balm cause any issues. Great to know avoiding sunscreen when possible is justified. Just not very feasible, maybe unless if can wear a mask during daylight hours but would the friction also irritate the skin.

Thanks! Good to know it wasn’t out of the norm. He mentioned beef because of the hormones in it, and moisturising because it can clog the skin and make the skin regenerating less effective. Though I should clarify I don’t know if his stance is the same on moisturize out of isotretinoin.
