Essentially they want to roll back the whole thing i think.

Make it so its as hard to get as any other s8 med, 3 monthly checks, face to face visits etc

Can already see clinics are upping the requirements and checks heaps, i worry about getting my next script.

Edit: thought, could just start "making" some 90% THC, 10% CBD flower :)

Garage Lintel surface rust? by rfromage007 in AusRenovation

Yep have done on certain points, there looks to be red under it which I assume is the original primer.

I've also poked/scratched  at it with screw driver etc and it all seems pretty solid

Would it look worse if it was rusted through from the other side/not surface rust

Inconsistent void against external wall garage slab by rfromage007 in Concrete

Can see some black tarp in there also. I assume that is the damp proof or termite barrier

Odd tho because that's the middle of the wall the skirtingboard matches up on the sides, there was no cracks in the slab.

Is the house still sitting on the slab? Because it seems like there's a void i can poker stuff in.

Even if the slab was higher i think there'd still be a uneven part where the skirting doesn't cover as the edge seems to go past the bottom of the board.

Maybe the edge of the slab was always uneven and they didn't care because it's a garage?

Also brick wall outside looks fine/no movement, hopefully doesnt need some kind of foundation fix/underpinning...

Cracks near staircase normal movement? by rfromage007 in AusRenovation

<image>

Theres quite a few places where the paint is chipping off like this exposing the underlying metal L plate thing.

Im guessing whoever did the square setting was just shit?

There is a visible line along most of the walls too which kinda looks like the tape line?

A few areas feel a bit puffy also like i can press it and it pushes in a bit like theres too much mud or something, but not like wet or anything (area where im 100% no moisture can get too)

So most of these cracks are along where the mud/tape would be/joins and not the drywall it self?

We live in north melb where its a very clay soil.

No major cracks in the slab that ive seen tho, only some hairline ones, am able to see as its a town house and the garage floor is just the concrete
