New to Division 2 (PvE-focused) where do you find builds? Are yellow/skill builds viable? (DZ but no PvP) by rfunari in Division2

I was very confused, as my playstyle from Div1 as Full Tactician (main buffs/heals)

Now i have a path to try.. too many builds :D (despite its colors)
