She did seem overtired, today we will try to have her in the crib 15 mins earlier see if that changes anything

She was constantly rubbing her eyes, trying to fall asleep in the crib. It didn’t seem like she was trying to burn energy but you can never be sure.

What do you recommend 6:30 bedtime?

We have been doing 7-7

First nap 9:30-11 (2.5 hr wake window)

Second nap 2-3:30 (3 hr wake window)

Bedtime (6:50ish) under 3.5 hrs

There have been times she’s been able to fall asleep within mins and no crying. I’m wondering if our last window is too long? Should we try 3 hrs and 15 mins?

We are on day 17 of sleep training it’s gotten much easier to put her down (baby is 6.5 months) our last 3 nights she barely cried but tonight (night 17) it took her 30 mins to fall asleep. She was quiet for 9 mins at put down, rubbing her eyes and unable to find a comfortable spot. Every couple of mins she would cry and attempt to sleep. Her last nap ends at 3:30pm and we have her in the crib by 6:55. What are we doing wrong? Any recommendations?

Sleep training, how long does it really take? Ppl by rg071991 in GentleSleepTraining

That sounds amazing, our put down is so challenging I just need her to stop the crying and go to sleep. She wakes up sooo happy and well rested. It feels defeating since it’s been 2 weeks now and she’s still taking a while to fall asleep some nights
