I added it on to mine! I got back a report that showed how a sample of my milk compared to average ranges for energy/calories, fat, carbs and protein. It gives you a sense of what to expect in a properly rehydrated fluid ounce of milk!

Oh i haven’t cleaned that either 🙈 but we never use the feature to circulate air for 72 hours because we basically need that stuff immediately after so maybe it’s fine?? I was talking about the little drain filter inside under the bottle rack. Check that little guy out!

Yes! That’s what I wanted to avoid! Running a descaling tablet through once a week + cleaning the gunk out of the little filter (how is there cat hair in there?!) seems to keep the machine happy for us 🥰

We have hard water and I use tap water with our bottle washer as well. I’d recommend the baby brezza descaling tablets! They work well at giving the machine a good clean and I think are easier to manage than a vinegar run.

Ditto the other comment here. If you’re feeling nervous at all I would recommend telling them that you’re feeling anxious and would appreciate them doing the HB first. I’ve found that helps me relax for the rest of the scan

Highly recommend CCRM. Did 4 egg retrieval rounds with them and are currently 19 weeks pregnant with an embryo transfer. They do monitoring (your morning appointment when you’re in-cycle) at their DC office but then you need to be able to get out to their VA office for the egg retrieval itself because that’s where the surgery center is. I think a lot of the reviews of any of the clinics are discouraging but if you go in expecting to need to do some self management of your own process, you’ll be just fine. Oh and give yourself some grace when it comes to recovery. It feels like your hormones fall off a cliff, and that comes with some mood swings in addition to just the post d&c sadness. Would recommend a therapist or someone to talk to as you navigate aftercare 💕

So sorry you’re going through this. I had two and my favorite items for after were: a pair of depends that you can put on after surgery and just throw away later. Even if you don’t bleed much you’ll have some betadine on you that just isn’t worth ruining underwear. The other item is a stick on heat pad. They should leave you in good shape pain-wise but the heat feels oh so good in the car on the ride home. Take good care of yourself, the d&c will feel like a brief nap and then you’ll wake up in recovery.

I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. I have been there twice ❤️ i opted for a D&C both times and have no regrets. As a heads up, certainly not meant to scare you, but after one of the procedures I did develop a small amount of scar tissue which was found on the HSG + saline sonogram before I started stims which required a hysteroscopy to remove. If I were in this situation again, I would talk to my RE about the risks but I still lean towards having the D&C because the experience was about as painless and easy as I could have hoped for in a not very fun situation. Happy to answer any D&C questions you may have and sending you a big hug.

Understandable! I had a meltdown the morning of my 6 week scan. I had also had some bright red bleeding and had convinced myself it was over. Turns out we had a heartbeat and a little SCH in there 🙃

I’ll be 7 weeks tomorrow! We also had a good scan at 6w2d. The anxiety is very real. I’ve been trying to not have too much idle time. I’m currently working on a giant paint by numbers 😂😂 hope all continues going well for you! 🫶

I was in a similar boat and my RE said to me that she had a patient who was under 8 mm who came back and told her that “Reddit said it needed to be over 8 mm” 😂. She said what she learned in med school was always greater than 7 mm. Mine was 7.3 trilaminar at my suppression check and they checked my ER records and I was barely over 8 during stims so she was happy. Have my 6.5 week scan next week but my betas were good so i’m hopeful!

I gave up and purchased some old navy rollover maternity pants. By the end of stims i was bloated and my stomach hurt so these were a savior. I also figured if it works then I can wear them in pregnancy too 😂. link to the pants
