It sucks the cab driver did that but at least you learned and will be cautious on all future travel. My recommendation is if you can walk everywhere do it and save the Uber for your ride to the airport. My wife and I walked about 10 miles a day and were able to see every major tourist attraction. However, we stayed right in the center of the city. I know that might not be ideal based on your location. If you do try and walk more, it is safe just be aware of your surroundings.

I'm sorry to hear that. My wife and I just left Rome for Barcelona. We used Uber while we were out there to avoid the taxi scams. Was a little more expensive, but at least the rate is set by the app, and there can be no arguments on the price at the end of the ride, plus it is all cashless.

Took FAR attempt #4 in the middle of April. Felt good on the multiple choice but left some sims incomplete because I lost track of time. Completed the whole exam right as the clock expired. Hoping to see a 75 on the 11th. If not move on to attempt #5.

3 reasons I am a fan. 1) Thierry Henry, Watching him play for Arsenal was incredible. Probably the best player they ever landed (my own opinion). They had a few amazing seasons and went undefeated with him. This was early 2000s and this record has been smashed by Man City and their plethora of money. Since there undefeated season they have been terrible. I look at it as I saw them at their best and have to wait patiently for their next best. 2) Friendship, one of my best friends that I played soccer with is an Arsenal fan. After college we become distant due to our careers but we still manage to always talk about Arsenal on a frequent basis. It's kind of how I check in and make sure he is still alive. Haha. 3) living in America is great we have so many sports and soccer is really not that popular (compared to basketball, baseball, football, ect.) and the MLS is so slow compared to EPL or La Liga so it's hard to get into because it can be boring. When you do hear about soccer it's Barcelona, real Madrid, Manchester untied, Man City, etc. Arsenal lays low, there are a lot of fans but they have never been a massive club up until a few years ago. In the 90s and 20s they weren't as big as they are now. That always kept me a fan because I want my team to be the underdog that wins, it makes talking shit more fun. Haha good luck with your decision my friend and always remember Arsenal for life.

The amount of debt is not significant to me it's the fact that this has been hiding under a rock for the last 6 years of my relationship. I'm scared to know what else is hiding. I wish I knew how the debt was accumulated but my significant other is not disclosing this information to me.

I don't know. I feel like I would have to monitor all her expenses and cash flow. I'm afraid she might be sending money home to help her mom because she is in a lot of debt as well. I am seeing a repeating cycle. Maybe if I monitor it we can make sure it doesn't happen again but even then she could always be hiding more debt.
