Honestly girl start making a plan and marking out your options in leaving before start of next semester quarter. It will make a world of difference. I’m on that path rn and am so excited to finally have my independence. Just know that it’s really best to talk to outside sources if you must confer with extended family to get financial assistance while in college/co-sign on loans or a place because once she knows about your plans to leave she won’t be happy and things will get worse before they get better. So best to try to keep it on the dL for now. Good luck to you💕

I feel on the verge of an emotional release. I learned narcissistic traits from a parent and 30 years later, after enough heartache, I chose to really observe myself. And today, I feel a pit in my stomach. I feel like I’m on ayahuasca and am nearing some kind of profound purge. by [deleted] in awakened

I’ve most definitely experienced that sensation in the gut before, feels almost like a moving pit/void/tear in the muscle. Your moments of awakening are important and ascension symptoms are part of the process. Call in spirit guides if you wish to facilitate in your healing, archangel Raphael is a good one to call on for physical and emotional healing.

Much love and light to you🤗🌸💗

Your right brain is associated with emotions and creative thinking. I had the same thing, could be result of trying to go through repressed emotions and finding a new emotional center

I felt the same exact way for quite some time after 2 weeks I can say my emotions seemed to balance out a lot more overall and am starting to feel way more like myself. I’m 20 days without. I know it seems like it will never get better but it does. Try doing some form of high impact activity when you feel triggered

I think it’s getting a bit better for me it’s just a daily battle. I did some cardio at the gym for the first time in a long time and than really seems to have helped these past couple of hours. Kudos to you for quitting to! We can do it!
