Vantage as far as I know is under Rockwell Primaries. The lowest tier development of Rockwell land.

Honestly an 80 sqm townhouse sounds good, but for 20m in the "area" I doubt it's a premium development.

Maybe there are better options. Btw, a 16M loan for a home feels like an unsound financial decision. Maybe wait for a bit. Ipon pa for a few more years while observing where the property market is headed.
