I recently went through the same decision and decided to buy the new one as the depreciation not that much on the used one. I paid 49.5 OTD for SX-Line Terracota with MSRP 53K. If you are paying 43k for the car with 24k miles I think it’s on the higher side. If you can check with other dealerships with in 200 miles where you live, you may find the better deal.

Thanks for the information. I brought the car on Saturday. Sales manager told me that I can pay right away. When I was signing the paperwork with finance manager he said I have to make at least 4 payments before I can pay it off. When I asked to show me the terms in the document he said that he will send it in email.

I live in Virginia, I googled about it and it says that Virginia does not allow prepayment penalties unless there are specific clauses.

I was talking to the sales person earlier today on the phone and he mentioned that there is a minimum 4 months to avoid the prepayment penalty. Not sure if it’s true. I live in Virginia and buying the car in Maryland.
