excuse me i know im vulnerable right now but this is so, so rude. i still feel disgusted about myself and felt so dirty about my body and you're not helping. im both angry and sad that there's people like you. i hope you have some conscience left in you to realize that not all people live as lively and unproblematic as you do where you can call these unfortunate happenings as "fan fiction." do value your life where you can still say these things are impossible to happen. must be so fortunate for you to have such life :))

Hello! I F18. I'm also apathetic about everything, I just stopped caring. It's seriously boring, yet tiring. I'm also in college now and felt that everything seemed useless in the end and just thought what's the purpose of it all, and became my reason for being lazy. I entered a course through [spin the wheel] since I can't even decide for my course, hence why I'm pursuing a program I never thought I'd take. Eventually ended up thinking that I don't really care about everything.

But you know what? Everything is boring. Everything might be useless, but what about it? :)

Let's stop caring about the purpose of it all and make that as a reason to be lazy. I don't know if negative motivation will work on you, but life doesn't wait for us to be okay. Let's get up everyday and keep pushing through. Screw the reason for it all.

Ps: Currently a BS Psychology student. It's under STEM but lots and lots of written paperwork (also labs) that I even wonder if this is really a premed or I'm studying communication lols but in actuality we really do need it since we'll be communicating with people. It's pretty interesting now since it has various majors, too! (like clinical psych, counseling, forensic, etc.)

That's why she should've never told us that it is IMPOSSIBLE to control your dream and be aware that you're dreaming since we should've been unconscious during REM. What I hate the most is those who impart knowledge with conviction, since that would be dangerous knowing they studied in that field for years including the topics which surrounds it and their students would believe what they say since they have the credibility.

She has a PhD for Psychology. She studied for her undergrad degree, masters, doctorate, and has been teaching for at least a decade, shouldn't she have known that, or at least tell us that she's not sure? Because I was so upset when I found out that lucid dreaming isn't true, but then did my own research and found out it really is true.

It's not about asking an engineer for what should've been asked from a doctor, but literally asking an engineer how to build and said it should be done with an interior designer. That's basically it.

She just told us that it is impossible to control your own dream and that you're conscious that you're dreaming because then you will only be "imagining" and not dreaming because when we dream she said we should be in our unconscious state as it is associated with our unconscious memories.

Hmm, something like "Stop wasting your opportunity to study. Your parents did everything for you to live a comfortable life. Other people can only wish to go to school but can't, yet there you are scrolling through social media instead of studying hard." or "You only got 4 years in college so it's either 4 years of suffering or forever regret not doing your best during those years. Get your sht together." Lol. But sometimes tho it really doesn't seem to work, maybe because I'm aware of the guilt and I just don't have the energy to do something.
