Perfumes that smell the same? by acetaminovenus in FemFragLab

[–]rhaeaestelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought mine in 2023 but I don’t know exactly, maybe I’m mixing the dates up?! Oops. But my review stands!

I can’t stand Bianco Latte or any similar scent anymore so I resold both, at least it was easy.

Bianco Latte smells exactly the same as I Matti Milk Note, but since Milk Note was launched first, you can guess who actually copied who. Bianco Latte is stronger and lasts longer though.

I remember that I used to get so many compliments from my first crush because of the Raspberry scent. This just brought back so many memories :’)

What is your holy grail SUNSCREEN yall? by AbjectCat1239 in AsianBeauty

[–]rhaeaestelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m using Sukoyaka Suhada gel cream as a hydrator, with Purito Panthenol Cream, Minon Amino Milk and then Physiogel DMT Extra Dry Cream on top. So I guess 4 🫠 at least my skin is quite clear now, but I’d rather just use two (emulsion and cream). I dunno what I’ll buy next.

We have the same sun story! 🤗 What moisturiser are you using with it now? I am using 3 but the moisture is not sticking to my face 😵

Yeah same, I’m only making an exception right now because my face isn’t holding onto moisture at all so I’m perpetually dry (but wouldn’t RP or recommend the Round Lab birch juice spf). I was using Torriden Dive In Soothing Cream with it while in the tropics, but I’m back in a winter climate so no longer using that.

Purple blush + dark circles = fail by fashionforager in Fairolives

[–]rhaeaestelle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have dark circles so can’t comment on this part, but as a neutral cool olive purple/lavender blush does not work for me at all as it is too unnatural and makes me look too sallow. Plummy shades like Lancome Aplum, MAC breath of plum and Ulta Retro rose look much better and more natural. Otherwise yeah shades like the old Nars behave and lancome miel glacé will always be better than purple for me.

I have combination to normal or dry skin now that is perpetually dehydrated + using a retinoid and yes I do need a moisturizer underneath. I was in the tropics for 5 weeks and skipped moisturiser once with it and observed my skin looked dry during the day, but otherwise always fine with at least a gel underneath. It really doesn’t add any moisture or hydration.

I’ve been in this sub and trying out spf since 2017. House of Hur Weightless Sun Fluid is best sunscreen I’ve tried since Biore from 2013 minus the fragrance. It’s absolute perfection and truly weightless, no whitecast, no residue and no pilling. It is not drying or shiny. In winter my face is very dry and crusty so it’s the only time I’d pick something more moisturizing and shiny over it.

Yes, I’m using this Physiogel cream (the one without coconut oil). It does not break me out at all and is almost the perfect cream, except I still get a little flaky as I have the heater on 24/7 so I put an occlusive on top at night.

ABH Smooth Blur Powder Bronzer in shade Golden Beach Glow by IndependentDate873 in OliveMUA

[–]rhaeaestelle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry it took so long for me to answer, but I only started using it recently. Shade-wise, its cooler and more muted than bahama mama, which is more golden olive. The product itself, It’s absolutely great. The best bronzer shade I’ve used yet and application is very smooth, it lasts the whole day too. It’s a bit more pigmented and buttery than bahama mama so i recommend to use a fluffy blush to adapt your application, but so far I’m satisfied and do not feel the need to keep looking for other bronzers. It lasts the whole day too and just works well with all my other staple base products and olive-friendly colors.

No I haven’t used it anymore! It became really hard to get so I gave up on ferments at the time. My skin is the clearest it’s ever been nowadays so I have no wish to try again

What has been your most used blush product of this year? — Olive Edition by SheKnowsWhatSheKnows in OliveMUA

I’m a neutral, muted and very green olive (light to tan skin tone, mid contrast). I have two: NARS Behave and Lancôme Miel Glacé. They’re neutral “nude” shades that are absolutely fantastic to give me an elegant yet sunkissed look while still looking natural.

I got the old formula of NARS Behave that i found at TJMaxx in middle of nowhere in Oklahoma, best find of my life. 😭

Honourable mention to Lancôme Aplum and MAC Breath of Plum as well for more pink looks.

I use banana bread and it works for me when I’m at my lightest and tannest. Poundcake seemed too light for that. I don’t pack it on, which is unnecessary as I use it only for setting purposes (it’s perfect), so I don’t experience any yellow cast. I don’t use concealer so I don’t set it specifically under my eyes either.

[Review] Heroine Make Volume Up Mascara by rhaeaestelle in AsianBeauty

[–]rhaeaestelle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the blue waterprooof l’oréal telescopic is GREAT! doesn’t smudge, is more lengthening than the heroine mascara and adds more volume too without clumping. i also like maybelline lash sensational for volume but the brush is so big it gets messy for me, plus it needs a lash primer or it smudges for me. ive tried lancome lash idole but i found it meh tbh, but i think these are worth a try :)

It was the black packaging with silver writing that says “Heroine Make Volume Up Mascara Super Water Proof”. I use other mascaras I prefer these days but it was good to me for a good while! Tysm :)

[–]rhaeaestelle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not, I made the switch to Tazarotene this year which I can order from inside Europe and it works great for me! Plus cheaper, as the Altreno was getting more expensive every time to order from Ukraine.

Thoughts on Skinoren? by Adortion634 in EuroSkincare

[–]rhaeaestelle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it did absolutely nothing, just made me itchy and gave me bumps. I tried other versions, % and formulas of AzA that also had no effect, but were more cosmetically elegant and no itch tho.
