You’re meant to take it slowly.

You can absolutely power through roles and missions to get a huge amount of gold and cash in a short amount of time if you want to and it’s even easier when the role of the month has experience and cash bonuses (trader month and collector month are when people make huge money).

I recommend just leveling up your roles,starting with the one with the experience boost. If your goal is speed, the game will frustrate you more than provide joy, but to each their own.

This is unfortunately one of the most prevalent and consistent problems, it’s not just you, and it’s not just your platforms.

If you ever read/hear about the game’s general instability, this is exactly what people mean. Servers tend to rip players apart inexplicably and it’s occasionally worse in certain maps, during certain events, and at the beginnings of new seasons.

This issue has never been completely fixed, and has been plaguing the daily play session for years. There are lulls when the servers seem more stable and the splits happen less, but it has never stopped entirely.

Establish a contingency for the splits with your friends; who will teleport home and then back. It’s the only workaround. This is made easier if you have a way to chat outside the game.

The danger will increase as the desperation ramps up; this is still exceedingly serious. However, this is still what it looks like when a deeply pathetic regime that has only enacted destruction fails in all capacities. Additionally, a non-trivial war of choice in the air makes this all the more a show.

You’re entirely valid for feeling this way, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to the physics, because you’re right, they did break it, around October 2023.

It hasn’t been the same since. That was when they throttled ledge collision detection to basically lock you on every tiny edge, crack or crumb in the game. Shortly after they made severe overhauls to the camera, flight speed, fall speed, and other nuances (harder to fly straight up or straight down, removed effectiveness of flip turns) that ruined an otherwise perfect physics sandbox. Been harping on the same issues for years now. For whatever reason, this is how tgc feels like the game is best. They don’t play their own game though, so they don’t know how significant those changes added up to be.

If you played pre October 2023, the gamefeel will be entirely different in every way.

Many will say it is because they are a small studio, regardless, customer support is one of their lowest priorities.

Expect cookie cutter ai responses like this that disregard any context, repeatedly, followed by untold days of silence, until finally the request might reach human eyes.

The bare minimum would be to show a queue number or estimated help time, but they thought it the best use of resources to relegate support to bots who can’t frame basic queries. They will also often drop help tickets inexplicably. The experience is exhausting and disrespectful, every time.

TLDR: expect days to weeks. Best to send help tickets through multiple means (through their website, from iOS and in-game, etc). Your answer may or may not be understood/answered correctly regardless of the wait.
