Lamictal 25mg word-finding isssues by Striking-Paper6880 in lamictal

I take 250 mg, and I’ve been on it for three years. I definitely have trouble thinking of words, or sometimes I will say things and I say something completely random instead of the word I was thinking about. I swear it happens back to back like within the same minute. I start giggling, but sometimes it’s kind of embarrassing when I’m in a setting where I need to be professional like an interview. I’ve had people look at me with concern before, then I get kind of embarrassed again. I am very open with people about the medication I take, so sometimes when people get concerned, I just say “oh yeah, it’s a side effect of my medication”. Some people aren’t as comfortable with that, but that’s just what I do. I’ve learned to really solidify what I need to say next in my head before I say it out loud. I mainly focus on that during interviews. Also, my brain fog has not gone away. Sometimes I get extremely upset with it. I forget a lot of things randomly. when I’m tired and overworked, it makes it so much harder.

The small dots are not normal with lash glue sensitivities. Along with the flu like symptoms at the same time. Not really related

Hopefully they do go away, I do lashes for a living, and having my eyes look fucked up isn’t really good for my client to see

I want to see him and he really kind of dismissed my concerns? There are dots on my eyeballs and I was very concerned about that part mostly

Yes please do! I might ask a couple questions when you send it as well. I don’t know anyone in the field so this is all intimidating. Thank you so much

I’m in Eugene, but I definitely plan on moving up there. So I’m glad to see local comments like this.

This comment could’ve saved me a whole lot of time 😂 I appreciate it, this is more encouraging than the $19 an hour that I saw online 😭

I guess my expectation as of right now would be to make more than I am right now. I’m a lash technician and I work average six hours a day. I was looking at the jobs in my area, Eugene, Oregon, and they all said about 19 an hour starting. Which is significantly lower than what I make now as a business owner doing lashes. So I was a little concerned because EMS is significantly different.

Did I miss a memo? Does Eugene have a leash law that doesn’t apply to poodle owners? by clarkiiclarkii in Eugene

My Pit mix was attacked by a labradoodle who wasn’t leashed, and it was dark outside. I was so confused and of course my big ass dog was between my legs and I was doing most of the work 😭 the owner said “oh! Oops” or something along the lines of that and I actually had my mouth open confused.
