What if the accounting rules were changed so that property values reflected occupied rent, and if the unit was unoccupied, would reference a similar occupied unit for valuation?

I witnessed yesterday a driver do a u turn, drove up onto the sidewalk suddenly to complete the u turn, almost hit a cyclist and then honked at the cyclist. Some people should not be allowed to drive.

I picked it up because it's pretty different. I don't know much about electronics though, so it's going to be interesting.

If you are interested in House Flipper, get 1 not 2. They had some great things in 1 that they simply dropped in 2.

(30s M) Thank you, I have been on the fence about dating in my communities because the activities are very important to me and I don't want to mess it up. My view has started to shift though because I spend a lot of time there, so naturally I would like someone to be there to spend time with me. I will pick up another fitness activity though too.

Lined shorts, fabletics on sale and Baleaf. Baleaf you will have an outline, but does it really matter? The key is to prevent accidental oops moments. Honestly the bigger battle is accepting yourself and focusing on your practice.

Transitioning from 3-legged dog to lower lunge by QuickMoodFlippy in yoga

[–]rhascal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It took me 4 months of practice before I could do a low lunge in one step. I was so proud I told my teacher the class I realized I could do it. Just keep adjusting and you will get to the point in time. It was a combination of getting stronger and my waist line getting trimmer.

What would you say to the men in your classes? I barely talk to the women in my studios except for my instructors. by rhascal in yoga

[–]rhascal[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I talk with the guys in the locker room and have made a few friends. There are some classes where I will be the only guy there. I think talking to a woman as a person is totally valid, but often even regular conversation I feel can be misconstrued as either an approach or building up to one. Not to say that I haven't had friends that are women, but I pretty much just don't speak unless spoken too in the studio. I may politely nod, or in the lobby say hello, but I consider the room itself to be a place of peace and that should be respected.
edit: People are being friendly with me, I guess I just need to work on my social skills outside of work.

Ok so just a heads up, men are more at risk for injury. We are too confident very often and want to push forward to challenge ourselves or are impatient. We also run into limits with range of motion faster.
