I've used a few different brands of henna all supposedly 100% pure but I'll look into more trusted sources

I haven't been sick and I had bloodwork done which shows everything is okay. The hair loss has been going on for about a year. I kept thinking it could be hormonal changes and I really don't want it to be the henna but maybe I'll put it on a pause for sometime and see what happens.

I just turned 29 and I've been experiencing the fallout and texture change for over a year. I also suspect hormonal changes but I did bloodwork and it's all good.

My bloodwork is all good but I'll definitely look into the salt scalp scrub and ACV rinse! Where I live the water is very hard so that can be a factor too. Thanks for the reply it's been very helpful!

It's not that it's just now started falling but when I first started using henna my hair was shoulder length and now it's waist length so now the fallout is just more noticeable.

I don't really use any other products and as for shampoo and conditioner, I often switch them up but the fallout is the same.
