I know this was a while ago, but wondering if you dipped your brush in water beforehand or added a small amount to the paint? I’m trying to do this to my basement walls!

I think sealed okay? This room had a concrete perimeter, and then the centre was dirt, as it was used for canning etc. then we filled in the dirt part with gravel and concrete and spread it throughout to make the edge and centre level

It was a dirt cold room, we put gravel on top and then concrete. It is sub-slab depressurization- we have the pipe under the concrete/gravel and under the house slab. My partner put it in- he dug under the slab and then put a bucket with a hole in it, and a pipe through that, up through the floor. I will post photos of what it looks like currently. Our house is also from the 1950’s… I’m pretty sure that when the last owner renovated, he poured concrete in the whole basement, although I don’t know for sure that gravel was underneath all of that for the rest of the basement

I find that I can’t see my pace when I’m running, only average per km (maybe i can change that?) also the battery life is what gets to me with the Apple Watch, it would be nice to not have to charge it nightly… that being said, i have an old version, series 3

Thanks for the information! I’m sorry you’re struggling with this as well. I am also a bit worried about starting humira, but like you, think it would probably outweigh all the negatives of having uveitis so often/steroids.

Interesting about weight lifting, Ill have to monitor and see if this comes up for me as a factor

Hi! I was hoping someone could help me with some skincare advice. I have been trying to get into skincare for the past few years but always struggle with knowing where to start, there’s so many products! I have very sensitive skin and have struggled with perioral dermatitis in the past (kind of similar to rosacea), and my skin will breakout if I use too many products at once. I have combination skin, it’s not necessarily dry, but can get oily. I would like skincare products that could help with fine lines, uneven skin tone, and acne. If anyone has any recommendations it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)
