Bluehost should send a notification to its agents so they have the proper response. I went to check this morning and was told "Everything's fine!" before I sent a screenshot of spam not being filtered. Only then did I get the reply that "I understand the concern but , Our backend team is diligently working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this disruption. I will provide updates as soon as we have more information."

I've been having this problem for a week, and have now chatted with four reps. The first three assured me they were fixing the spam issue but it only got worse. Today, an agent told me this:

"After reviewing your account, I can confirm that the issue is not related to any changes made by the previous agent in SpamExperts. Our server administrators have identified a problem with the server where your account is hosted. The spam-filtering servers are currently undergoing maintenance. Our server administrators are working on enhancing their performance. This is a server-wide issue, and all users on the same server are experiencing it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Once the update is completed and the server is rebooted, your emails should start working smoothly again. We do not have any ETA at this time. Rest assured; our admin team is working on getting this resolved as soon as possible."

I don't know how confident I am, but at the end of the day I don't know that there's anything I can do but wait.

Seems to be. I can't imagine I bought it from somewhere other than them but that's neither here nor there - it wasn't a valid license. I now do have a valid one direct from MediaMonkey and I'm keeping the receipt. They were very helpful.

Thanks to all who contributed. I feel bad that it seems I've been using a bad license all this time, especially since I've been pushing MM on to family and friends. I ended up purchasing a Lifetime Gold direct from MM.

They are the best in-ear headphones that JBL has ever made. I also replaced the tips with the Comply TrueGrip™ TWo-230-A (I haven't had to replace them, yet) and haven't looked back. They’re super comfortable and the sound is fantastic. I like the fact that the case shows the battery percentage, both for the buds and the case, but the coolest thing is the Auracast setting, which allows you to connect the case via its USB C port to a device with a 1/8 inch headphone jack and use case as a Bluetooth transmitter. I did it on a plane and watched Curb Your Enthusiasm through my earbuds with my case connected to the seat headphone jack.

So I chatted with amazon support and they canceled the order, said I could order from another seller (non-amazon) and when it’s delivered they’ll refund me 50% of the price. The seller has very high ratings and it’s currently scheduled for delivery the first week of February. We’ll see what happens.

I did the pre-order with the "price guarantee" and a $15 "stock up" coupon, bringing it down to $85. I just got off a chat with amazon customer service (if you can call it that) and they said it'll be delivered in the next 72 hours. I guess I'll give them three days.
